Chordica – Revolutionize Accompaniment

Have you ever wished that you could use your iPhone or iPod Touch as a real musical instrument that you played to accompany songs you sing? Do you get finger cramps while trying to play chords and bass at the same time on tiny virtual piano keyboards?

Enter the Chordica. Using a revolutionary approach to crafting a musical instrument on a portable device, only made possible by the technologies put together by Apple, the Chordica is set to change the way the world plays accompaniment music.

With it, you will:

  • learn to play music in just a few hours despite having no musical background
  • be able to play the accompaniment for thousands of popular songs
  • have a handy instrument anywhere you go
  • increase the chances of writing the next big music hit while on the move :)

Folks are calling the Chordica genuinely innovative, an example of simple but creative programming, a nice little app and a great start. One reviewer even said, “I plan on doing a great deal with it”.

Don’t say, “One day I’ll be a musician”, say “I’ll be a musician IN ONE DAY!”

Mate, looks indeed to be quite an amazing app. Perfect for an impromptu performance any where all i need is a portable speaker. I assume there’s more to the color buttons than for show. Anyhow, i will reserve the word ‘excellent’ until i have a go at it bbut i am impressed.

    Hi there!

Just wanted to give you a heads-up on an update to Chordica, now at version 1.2! Two new features are an improved metronome feature that’s almost a drum machine and the ability to select different sounds for Bass and Harmony.

Do check out the update video where I demo “Don’t Stop Believing” and “I’m Yours” with NeuMET1K and iNSTRUMENTS.

A free Chordica Lite Edition has also been uploaded to the App Store. I hope it will be a fun and free way for people to give the Chordica method a spin before committing to purchase the full version.
