Movile: Toronto-based iPhone startup

I am proud to introduce Movile, a new Toronto-based iPhone development startup dedicated to making great games and perhaps exploring other application genres as well.  From our website:

Based in Toronto, Canada, Movile is a brand new software company founded in mid-2008. Our inspirations include scented markers, Post-It Notes, watermelons, and the many other talented iPhone developers out there. We are hoping to bring our love for quality and clean development to the forefront of the App Store with unique, simple and fun titles. We employ about a dozen engineers and artists in Canada through fair and equitable employment practices.

At an early age, Movile CEO and Founder Christopher Kalanderopoulos took a strong interest in technology and communications, and as any young child would, video games. Decades later, his childhood dreams remain strong and finally come to fruition with the creation and launch of Movile. With a background in law, marketing, and business ethics, his technical expertise has only grown stronger, setting the stage for Movile to become a major player in the mobile software market.

Our first product, Theme Park Madness, launched January 29, 2009 to some great reviews on the App Store and on 3rd party sites, and we are already planning its first updates!

We have a bunch of other projects in the works, both internally and as partnerships with other developers, and you can read all about them (or as much as we want to tell you) at www.moviletap.com/blog.
