“A separate world” is the first in a new breed of comics for multimedia devices. Images, audio, video and interactivity in a technological mix that started from the idea of some italian creative designers. It all starts from the intention to exploit all the possibilities of the iPhone, to create a visual experience that is more involving compared to what the e-book market offered until now.
What we created is not a simple comic book for the iPhone, it’s something more, we like to refer to it as an “enhanced comic”. Like the other comic books, you can see all the single scenes, but here you have the added value of a background music or audio, and sound effects. There’s even short videos who add to the experience and also… something else which is up to you to discover. In fact, the comic has a deep and entangled script, which you can discover only trough the various issues of the comic, but even in the first issue there are some clues which can be found in the single scenes.
