You think of an animal, and the program tries to guess what it is. When the computer gets it wrong, you teach it how to do better next time.
Although it seems simple, this program can create a large and sophisticated decision tree covering hundreds of different creatures. Playing the game promotes clear thinking, forward planning, and the ability to compose relevant questions. It also encourages players to learn more about the weird and wonderful world of animals.

Animal Guesses is free to download, share and play.
The paid version ($0.99) is the same as the free version, but with the added feature of being able to save game sessions to your device or hard drive. Over time, you can then build up a large permanent database of animals and create a challenging game for others to play.
