it seems that the app stores only one week worth of data, is this correct?

On the Clock will allow you to store as many weeks of data as you want – you can erase old weeks manually when you no longer need them in the summary view.

Is there a way to hide old tasks or clients? It seems that I can only delete them, but in so doing, I lose all of the past recorded time.

@sp – The best thing to do is reorder your Clients:
1.) Go to the Clients view
2.) Tap ‘Edit’
3.) Tap the three horizontal lines to drag inactive clients down to the bottom of the list
You can do the same thing with Tasks.
And if you don’t log any time for a given client and task, it will be omitted from the summary and email reports.
