Belly Pimp: visual exercises to pimp your abs

The application “Belly Pimp” provides the user with a training that has to be done three times a week in order to obtain a nice flat belly. The training has a low threshold while all you need is  just a mat or carpet on the floor!

After completing a small profile (name, age, belly size and weight) your training can start. Using an animation and short description the user works through the exercises. For each exercise you need to enter the number of repeats and sets. An average result can also be displayed.

After 10 exercises the results can be stored. By viewing the statistics per exercise you may  hopefully see an increasing result. Accordingly belly size and weight can be seen in graphics.

In the profile you can find different types of belly varying from super-fat to super-muscled. The user can choose his or her current type of belly. Accordingly a (de)motivating sentence, including a comical remark, will appear above each exercise.

Obviously we need to stress that besides these exercises sufficient body movement is a must. It is the only way to obtain optimum results.

The Belly Pimp App can be downloaded for a small charge at the Apple App Store and is suitable for every iPhone or iPod Touch. This being a personal project, I hope that you like it.
