    Needs more options!!!
    Start pulling out old copies of running, biking, etc magazines and
    look at the interval training recommendations.
    You’ll see how difficult it will be for someone to use ITGO with
    those recommendations. For example, why limit warmup to one of four
    settings? Just allow minutes to be entered. 10min warmup is
    currently impossible. Example two – Check out Men’s Health
    Spartacus workout intervals. It is 1 min exercise, 15second rest,
    10 exercises per circuit and 3 circuits per workout. It would be best
    to be able to enter this type info directly and not have to convert.
    It isn’t even clear ITGO can handle this complexity.
    Example three – 211 training – 2 min cardio, 1 min arms, 1 min abs
    10 reps per workout.
    It would be nice to have voice be capable of being programmed
    by entering text, so for example
