Wine Critique 1.0 is now available on the App Store!
Whether you travel to vineyards across Europe or just enjoy wine in your own home, you can always have on hand what you thought of the best (and worst) of them.
You can record the wine name, the year it was bottled, the wine type (e.g Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Shiraz etc) , comments and a 0-5 star rating so you can easily see the wines you enjoyed and the ones you would not buy again.
You can choose a photo for each wine to help you identify it.
iPod touch® users can access their Photo Album to assign a photo. iPhone® users can use both their in-built camera or their Photo Album.
Sort your wine by Name, Rating, Type or Year with your setting remembered for next time.
After you have entered some wine types, you can select an existing one from the list to save some typing.
If you have a lot to say about a wine, the comment field may be scrolled up or down.
When using an iPhone®, any phone number you choose to enter as a comment will be available on the main screen as a link.
If you touch the link you will be asked whether you wish to dial that number.
As well as phone numbers, Web links are automatically detected in the comment field and will be made available on the main screen as a link.
Touching the link will save your changes and close Wine Critique, taking you directly to the website.
