Current users of CopyIt for iPad will be pleased to know they are now able to use CopyIt on their iPhone and iPod touch for free, just by updating their existing CopyIt for iPad. CopyIt Version 1.3 is available for download!
CopyIt assists you in copying, enlarging or reducing your chosen reference image using the grid drawing method.
Feature-packed v1.3 release of CopyIt.
- CopyIt is now a Universal App, compatible with iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.
- Supports iOS 4.2 multitasking.
- Supports iPhone 4 Retina display.
- For older devices that do not support multitasking, CopyIt will recognise this and save all your settings when you exit the App. This includes remembering your image, Grid location, Grid Color, Current Zoom, Lock status and everything else you might have changed!
- Full Screen mode (you can hide/show the toolbars).
- Toolbars are now semi-transparent.
- The Grid Line has been made much sharper, even when zoomed in.
- The Grid is now displayed faster when resizing.
- Minimum Grid Size changed to 50.
- Default Grid Size on iPhone/iPod touch is 50.
- Default Grid Size on iPad changed to 128.
- When moving the top left corner of the Grid into the coordinates -10,-10 and 10,10 (a 20 pixel square area) CopyIt will assist you by moving the Grid back to its starting position of 0,0.
- Maximum Zoom and Current Zoom have been moved from the Toolbar into the on-screen display. These are made visible by adjusting the Maximum Zoom slider or changing the Current Zoom using the pinching in and out touch gestures.
- As well as locking down the Toolbar controls and preventing accidental movement or zooming, the Lock button now also prevents CopyIt from rotating if you accidentally change the device orientation.
- If you are zoomed in, CopyIt will recognise you are working and prevent any accidental rotating of the device.
- CopyIt supports all device orientations (except upside-down) so If you wish to rotate CopyIt, first ensure the Current Zoom level is all the way out at 1.0x and the Lock button is not enabled because otherwise, even if you stand on your head CopyIt will refuse to budge!
