Lightfall is the fast-paced color-matching game which will test both your reflexes and mental agility.
Some say it’s stimulating yet at the same time relaxing – it’s the kind of game you can pick-up and play in a few minutes, while also being the kind of game you can’t put down for hours. All we know is that when the meteors start falling, you’d better be ready!
By lining up the colored filters with the falling meteors, you earn points and prevent a calamitous crash which will rob you of a precious life – lose all your lives and it’s “Game Over”. But fear not, as you earn more points and progress through the levels, you are also rewarded with additional lives. (Of course, we also make the meteors fall faster and every so often toss in an extra one (or two) to keep you on your toes.)
Welcome to Lightfall
It’s simple, but fun

REQUIREMENTS
Works with all iPhones and iPod Touches running OS version 2.2.1 and later.
This is my first game for the iPhone but the dashboard version was released about a year ago and did quite well so I thought it might be welcomed on the iPhone also.
The premise for cutout heroes is very simple indeed: You want to beat the current record and to do so you need to hit enough targets to get a rank of 10. To make things easier, you can easily organize yourself a chance at a bonus ball that awards you with more shuriken to use. Also, as you get more skilled you are awarded with higher level shuriken which gives you a score bonus for it’s use and also… if you hit a bonus with one if the higher level shuriken, your awarded bonus shuriken is multiplied by the level of the shuriken… so a level four shuriken used to get a level one bonus would yield 100 bonus shuriken instead of the normal 25…
However, it is not all fun and games. There is of course the ever counting down timer… and the targets that subtract from your score and worse… your time! Then there is also the risk of running out of shuriken! What to do, oh what to do?!? Then, of course, comes the final straw. At each level up one of the targets you have come to know will be replaced with a different target altogether so now you will need to remember which target is missing and work out for yourself wether the new target is a friend or foe…
Cutout heroes: Making of a ninja is a game of skill that requires practice, but rewards with feelings of achievement unlike any other you are likely to find on the iPhone!
Give it a go! See if you can help Nin beat the target range and prevent him from being banished from the village.
Oh, and to help you along, if you have trouble hitting the bonus ball, just keep hitting more double targets. If you get t0o many bonus opportunities and you don’t take it… you get a bonus for that also…
The only question you need to consider: Do you have the nunchaks to flick it like a Ninja?
This is a crazy fun game. Card Ninja defies easy categorization but lets give it a go and call it a fast paced, speed styled, action-puzzler, card matching challenge (whew!). However you define it, this addictive game will soon become your go-to favorite.
Card Ninja is set at a game board inside a well worn, blood stained dojo where you and the other Ninja trainees relax by playing this unique game. To play, flick cards at matching targets, balancing speed with accuracy as you try to improve your Ninja ranking. If you get the cards to fly between its matching targets, you score 1 card. If you miss you lose a card. You get a card bonus for every second left on the clock at the end of each round and there are wildcards with subtle clues that offer various bonuses and penalties. Get you card total up to the minimum for the next level and you move on. Get a low score and you are summarily dismissed by your Sensai.
Card Ninja begins as a deceptively simple matching game with a great tempo and wacky sound effects featuring chickens and kitchen staff dodging missed card throws. The initial levels take you through a learning curve and introduce the three main types of challenge; Matching colors and symbols, matching colors only and matching symbols only.
It sounds easy enough but as the pace rises from sedate to out and out manic, keeping your brain focused on what you need to be aiming at while keeping track of the time ticking down and remembering where the wildcards need to go, becomes a fun and addictive challenge.
Introducing Card Ninja
Introducing a new level
Are you kidding me? This is so easy. Yeh right!
Assassin is super useful and lets you sneak in some cards.
The ghost wild card is just plain old crazy.
If you get a decent score, your ninja ranking starts to sound less like an insult.
Don’t be discouraged. Your Sensai loves you really!
Its a test of your peripheral vision, your short-term memory and that key Ninja-wannabe skill, your finger flicking speed.
Card Ninja is published by the team at Pint Sized Mobile. Check out the Pint Sized blog and uncover the truth behind the legend of Card Ninja and how the game came to life.
