Apple has just approved Birthday Reminder 1.1 for release onto the App Store.

Yes – only 3 weeks after its initial release we have an update ready and we made sure you really want Apple to publish this update quick: Birthday Reminder 1.1 meets Facebook: you can configure Birthday Reminder to scan all your Facebook friends and get notified by email (or push notifications in the near future) of their upcoming birthday!

And that’s not all, we have added some minor enhancements too:

• Multiple colored themes
• Favorites (to not get spammed by birthdays you’re not interested in)
• Enhanced email notifications
• Reworked settings screen
