- When reading from Photo Library or saving to Photo Library, you can handle with the meta tag (Geotag). You must update to iOS 4.1 for using this function.
- Support iPhone 4 device ( switching Front/Rear Camera, switching Flash mode ).

The present iPhoneOS has the problems described below.
- You cannot confirm if the locations of geo-tags are correct or not with the standard camera application.

imgCAM is an excellent application with the functions described below to solve the above-mentioned problems.
* You can email images with the geo-tags in the camera roll.
You can easily specify a geo-tag using the GoogleMap view.
You can also specify the present location easily by GPS measurement, or you can specify any locations you wish on the map.
You don’t need to set up the email configuration as the standard email application is used for sending emails.
You can start the next operation immediately as emails are sent in the background.
The emails you send will be stored in the mailbox of “Sent Mail”.
The images with geo-tags can be used in the photo sharing services such as Flickr and Picasa handling location information.

* The scales of images are maintained as they are when emailed.
The scales are not automatically reduced then.
* You can crop your images in any sizes you wish.
* You can change the scale of your image in any sizes from 150 to 2400.
When changing the scale, you can do keep the aspect ratio only by specifying a horizontal size.
* You can create several types of effects for an image.
You can repeatedly create effects for the image.

* Continious shooting
- It came to be able to switch the size that was taken a picture and preserved.
- It takes a picture up to 5 in iPhone 3GS/iPhone 4, And up to 3 in iPhone 3G.
- The image be saved directly in the camera roll by selecting it from continuous shooting result view.

EasyTrails GPS is the perfect application for outdoor athletes and everybody willing to track their activities.
Whenever you are trekking, running, skiing, sailing, traveling or just wandering around, EasyTrails GPS will help you making it a unique and easier experience.

Went out for a run? Well, EasyTrails GPS can tell you how far, how fast and how long you ran… and much more! It also displays the elevation/speed profiles and your track on the map in a street/satellite/hybrid fashion.

The results can be stored, so it is very easy to retrieve them at any time to verify your progress. Also, tracks can be exported to a computer to be used with GPS software or shared with others. The app exports your tracks in standard formats (GPX, KML/KMZ and CSV) and can be used with a variety of GPS software including Google Maps, Google Earth, SportTracks (Windows), TrailRunner (Mac) or online services such as Garmin Connect or everyTrail.com.
Version 2.0 can also import tracks through an advanced and easy-to-use “sharing service”, which is the flagship of this new version. Import and export tracks has never been easier!

Selecting the option “Route” you can easily follow a chosen track on the map while the screen displays also your current position! With the version 2.1 the battery duration is even better, and a feedback system is providing useful infos to the user in case of low GPS signal (as many people were trying to use GPS from inside a building and thus giving 1 star in iTunes – to use GPS better to be outdoor!)

EasyTrails GPS is reliable and accurate. The user interface is very straightforward and navigation is made easier with essential menu items. Besides, the chance to record even while the iPhone is on standby ensures the maximum battery life.

Features

GPS Mapping with auto-zoom which pans and zooms the map as you move closer or farther from your parked vehicle.

If using the iPhone 3GS, combines compass with GPS to provide directional arrow and distance to your parked vehicle.

Push notification reminders for events like paying a parking meter, moving your vehicle, or when the parking location closes.

A real-time clock indicating duration of time parked. Useful for tracking how long you have parked in metered or long-term parking locations.

Enter as little or as much information you need to find your vehicle. Everything is optional.

Take photos and record a voice note to help fully document the parking spot. Have a visual or audio record of nearby signs, walkways, stairwells, nearby landmarks or any other relevant information (iPhone only).

Several features can be customized in the application preferences. Default data entry options are selectable from preferences so you can set commonly used wheel categories. This provides efficient parking spot recording for people who frequently park in the same lot or garage.

Even with a strong GPS signal, the accuracy of an iPhone GPS will typically be at best around 50 feet. The directional arrow for iPhone 3GS is grayed out if you are well inside the estimated GPS error radius. Therefore, in complex parking situations you should not entirely rely on the GPS to return you to your location. Park’n Find provides a wide range of additional methods of making sure you can find your parked car.

EasyTrails GPS: how to export and analyze tracks

(published in the same day AppStore approved EasyTrails GPS v:2.5: now you can share directly in the free online service www.everytrail.com!)

EasyTrails GPS is a GPS tracker for iPhone. It is an ideal application for outdoor sports lovers and for all those who like to keep track of their physical activities.

Let’s go for a hike on the Alps. By using EasyTrails GPS we will be able to know in real time and with high precision how far, how fast and how long we hike. We are able to see where we are on the map at any moment and easily follow back the route (traced with a line) in case we get lost. Moreover, an elevation profile will give us the altitude where we have exactly been throughout our excursion.

Back home, the entire hike can be transferred (exported) on our computer. Why? To take the same path next time, to share it with our friends, to upload it on a website such as EveryTrail.com, to plan our personal trainings or simply to analyze our progression.

This guide will teach us how to export tracks captured with EasyTrails GPS and how to analyze them on your own computer.

Exporting tracks

EasyTrails GPS is extremely simple to use. The export procedure is based on an innovative sharing system with no competitors on the iPhone application market. Activation is immediate: go on the sharing page (1) and push on the big green “share” button (2). A screen similar to the one below will open:

A screen like this will appear:

We need now to open a Web browser (Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.) on our computer and write the following URL in the address bar:

A screen similar to the following will open, with all the tracks and designed to remind the official website of the application:

As you might have noticed, the page is split into two parts, one for tracks export (red box) and one for their import (orange box). We will explain further how to import tracks in another article.

Tracks can be exported in GPX, KMZ and CSV formats:

GPX (GPS Exchange Format): this is the most complete and supported format; we recommend using it unless your specific needs require a different choice. It is a text file codified using the XML syntax and it is the only kind of file that can be reimported back into EasyTrails GPS.

KMZ: is the format employed by Google Earth and Google Maps. It is a container of KML (Keyhole Markup Language) files. KML files are XML files but, unlike GPX, they are purely graphic because they have informations such as: “trace a blue line between point A with coordinates (x, y) and point B with coordinates (z, k)”. It is possible to create a KMZ file from a GPX, but it is not always possible to perform the inverse operation.

CSV: is a purely text format used by professionals who wish to conduct deeper analysis on the tracks employing, for example, ad hoc scripts.

Let’s export our running track on the Dune of Pyla (Gascogne, France), Europe’s largest dune.

To achieve this goal, it is necessary to choose the desired formats (1) and then press the “download” button (2).

Analyzing tracks on your computer

After a short while, you will be asked to save a file called EasyTrails.zip:

This archive contains the tracks in the format we have chosen: GPX and KMZ. Google Earth allows to open both files so that you can follow your entire run: leaving the forest, climbing the dunes and running on the fine sand:

The map is interactive, and you can easily zoom in and zoom out as you like.

Even more interesting is the fact that you can open up the Trials with software like
SportTracks (for Microsoft Windows) or TrailRunner (For Apple MacOSX).

These software can calculate several statistics on the tracks, show charts, maps and much more. Moreover they allow you to monitor your physical performance, making it easier to plan and control your training in order to achieve the desired physical form. EasyTrails GPS mixed with this software is an excellent tool for athletes or simply for everyone who enjoy outdoor activities in general.
