Just in time for back-to-school, Flashcards! is an educational tool for learning math facts. The app provides an unending stream of math problems for a continuous challenge.

Start in Practice Mode by tapping the Practice button at the bottom of the page. Then, select the type of problems you want to work on — addition, subtraction, multiplication or division — by tapping the operation bar at the top of the page. Select a different operation at any time. Tap the question mark for problems across all operations.

Use the keypad to enter your answer, then tap the Check Answer button. You’ll see if you are correct, and a new problem will appear. If you are not correct, you can keep trying or tap Skip Problem to move on.

When you are ready to test your skills, try Quiz Mode. Tap the Quiz Me! button at the bottom of the page. A timer will appear where the Check Answer button was. As in Practice Mode, use the keypad to enter your answer. Unlike Practice mode, as soon as you have entered the correct answer Flashcards! lets you know and moves on to the next problem, resetting the timer for each new problem. If time runs out, you’ll see the answer briefly and get a new problem and a new timer.

At any time, check your progress by tapping the Stats button to see how many problems you’ve answered and where you need to focus to improve. Statistics are saved across app launches, so you can track your progress over several days or weeks.

Flashcards! is highly customizable. The number set used to create problems can be set to any range within the numbers 0 to 100. The quiz timer can be set from 5 to 60 seconds. The sound effects can be disabled as needed.

In the land of Chochos, two creatures named Chopas and Chokoz exist.

You must only help Chopas to get the food.

Do not feed the Chokoz!

Number 14 version 1.1 was released yesterday.

This new version includes all of the old features and a new “Give Solution Button” which will give you one of the possible solutions for the four numbers.

Again, Number 14 is a dynamic puzzle game where four random numbers between 1 and 9 are generated. You must combine the numbers using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division so that the result is 14.

For Example if the numbers were:

1, 4, 6, and 7

The solution would be 6 – 4, which is 2, times 7 times 1 getting a total of 14.

Number 14 includes great features such as a visually stunning and animated interface, and includes made features that just make sense.

For example, if you want a number back from the Display, all you do is tap the number.  This is useful for storing intermediate results, where you otherwise might  need parentheses if you were writing your solution on paper.

If you want to look at the problem from a different angle as you search for a solution,  just shake you iPhone or iPodTouch and the numbers will rearrange themselves.

The game will also time you, so you can challenge yourself to improve your performance.
