WordFlip is a challenging and addictive new word game to give your brain and finger a workout. Tap and flip groups of tiles to rearrange the letters in the grid, then form words – the longer the better! Earn bonus tiles with high-scoring words, but watch out for frozen tiles if you make too many flips.

Choose how you want to play: take it easy in Practice mode, race against the clock to score as many points as possible in QuickFlip mode, or see if you’ve got what it takes to beat Challenge mode.

iAssociate

For those interested in highly addictive and challenging word games may I present you with iAssociate.

iAssociate is a word association game, where your goal is to guess which words, or phrases, are associated to each other. For instance, you might start off a level with the word “Apple”, from which there’d be a number of associations which you have to guess. These associations might for instance be, “Fruit”, “Banana”, “iPhone”, “The Big Apple”, etc. When you figure out these new words, they will again lead to yet more associations in an ever expanding level.

iAssociate is a sequel to the previously released game Mercury Mind. It offers improved visuals and levels, as well as a brand new online scoring system, which will allow you to keep track of how well you are doing compared to all other players out there.

This is a fun little game to improve your word pool. You get a word with mixed up letters, which you have to put in order.
There are 2 game modes. The “Quick” mode lets you play word after word. Whereas the “Time” mode is about doing as many words as possible in a certain time. Here you also have a highscore. Each mode has another 3 difficulties – easy, middle and hard. They differ in the length of words. The easy mode is suitable for kids, too.
Furthermore “Mixed” lets you choose between 3 different themes.
“Mixed” can be played in 3 different languages – English, German and Spanish. So you can either choose your mother tongue or play it in a foreign language, to improve your language skills.
